Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls in English.
• Resolving inquiries from international clients.

Key Requirements:

• 1+ year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with bilingual customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent advanced English.
