RPA Developer at BairesDev

As an RPA Developer, you will design and implement robotic process automation solutions to streamline complex business operations. You will act as a link between manual workflows and digital efficiency, ensuring that automated bots are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

• Design and configure end-to-end automation processes using enterprise RPA platforms and frameworks.
• Build modular and reusable components to ensure the scalability and efficiency of the digital workforce.
• Document technical architectures and execution paths to maintain clear governance over automated workflows.
• Integrate automation scripts with databases and third-party applications to handle diverse data operations.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks by implementing robust error-handling and exception management logic.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate operational requirements into high-performing automated transactions.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Proficiency with the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) and dispatcher/performer models.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, debugging, and ODBC database integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business processes into technical logic.
