Delivery Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll lead and manage a team of up to 300 professionals, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers, serving over 30 US-based clients. Overseeing a team of 5 to 10 PMs depending on project complexity, you'll ensure rigorous process adherence, exhaustive reporting, and effective escalation across the organization. What You'll Do:

- Closely monitor a team of PMs, ensuring all processes are followed and solid teamwork is achieved with collaborators across the organization.

- Own P&L responsibility for your area of delivery.

- Ensure communication between PMs and clients is effective, professional, and clear.

- Compile important HR topics and escalate them appropriately to the HRBP.

- Present complex problems clearly to Account Managers responsible for client relationships.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in the IT/Tech industry.

- Experience leading a team of Project Managers.

- Advanced level of English.
