Principal TPM at BairesDev

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that drive significant impact. You will act as a senior technical leader, orchestrating high-level strategy and technical delivery across diverse engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams through intricate technical challenges, defining architectural direction and system standards.
• Establish and govern technical strategy and roadmap decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage interdependencies and clear obstacles across engineering organizations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Influence organizational strategy by serving as a senior technical voice and subject matter expert.
• Orchestrate operational readiness and ensure high-performance delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Proven expertise in coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy with a background in engineering or systems design.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing high-level technical strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs and cross-functional dependencies.
