The main objective for this role is to lead the development of all Visual Merchandising projects for the Makeup Cluster Brands and The Ordinary in LATAM, supporting regional partners in the development of design proposals for major Retail Design projects across the region.

Main Responsabilities

• Lead the development of Visual Merchandising projects for brands within the Makeup Cluster and The Ordinary in Latin America;
• Provide creative direction and oversee multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strategically plan and guide key product launch campaigns at the point of sale;
• Review submitted PRFs (Project Request Forms);
• Review and approve technical drawings, samples, and prototypes;
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Industrial Design or related fields;
• 3-4 years of previous design background (industrial, graphic, or architectural) with ability to follow brand standards.
• English proficiency is required
• Adobe Creative Cloud acknowledge is required
• Sketchup acknowledge is required
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required
