• Support merchants throughout the entire technical integration process.
• Provide technical support and resolve queries related to APIs, Webhooks, endpoints, and flow configuration.
• Guide merchants on integration best practices and monitor their technical progress.
• Validate that all necessary technical requirements are met prior to activation.
• Ensure the successful completion of functional testing.
• Support the go-live process and verify technical results in real time.
• Participate in technical proposals for merchants during the pre-sales stage.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose adjustments to the solutions being implemented.
• Provide clear and well-documented answers to frequently asked technical questions.
• Configure testing environments and internal parameters using the company's tools.
• Support the Operations team with account activation and monitoring.
• Document integrations and keep technical records up to date.

• Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Previous experience working with clients in technical, integration, or support roles.
• More than 2 years of experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and XML.
• Experience using tools such as Postman and SQL.
• Knowledge of HTTP methods and response codes.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in integration or development environments is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• Spanish is a plus.
