· In Heinz Glas, we focus on our people, on developing leadership and solutions for our clients. And as part of the development of our approach, we are looking for a Project Manager who can support the Operations area at our headquarters in Lima, Peru.
· Requirements: Live in Lima City, Peru. Availability to work in Cercado de Lima. Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in similar roles. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multidisciplinary projects. Experience in PMO, project planning, monitoring, and execution. Previous experience in industrial manufacturing environments is preferred Fluent English communication skills Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
· Skills: Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent project planning and organizational abilities. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
· Responsibilities: Overall coordination and management of projects. Monitor and control project scope, costs, and timelines. Coordinate and communicate with contractors. Prepare weekly project progress reports. Manage and monitor project risks. Follow up on BIM activities together with the CAD Designer. Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary models. Provide technical support and ensure project traceability. Develop and monitor project schedules. Prepare project performance reports and support project closure activities.
