Unit4 Developer at BairesDev

As a Unit4 Developer, you will customize and extend the Unit4 ERP platform to meet the unique needs of professional services and non-profit organizations. You will focus on enhancing people-centric modules and ensuring seamless data flow through robust integrations, enabling organizations to optimize their core business processes.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement customizations within the Unit4 ERP environment to support complex project and financial workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Unit4 ERP and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Optimize People Experience modules to improve organizational productivity and user engagement.
• Create and refine automated approval workflows and business processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Build tailored reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for finance and HR teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate industry-specific requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in ERP development or CRM systems.
• Proven expertise in customizing and extending Unit4 ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Unit4 People Experience and core modules.
• Proficiency in developing and managing integrations for professional services and non-profit organizations.
• Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle management and data migration.
