Software Engineer (Dialogflow) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Dialogflow, you will develop intelligent conversational agents to enhance user interactions. You will translate complex business requirements into seamless natural language experiences, ensuring high-quality communication across multiple digital channels.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop production-grade conversational agents using Google Dialogflow.

- Create and manage complex intent models, entities, and conversational flows to ensure accurate NLU performance.

- Implement fulfillment logic and webhooks to integrate bots with backend systems and APIs.

- Orchestrate multi-channel deployments to provide a consistent experience across web, mobile, and voice.

- Optimize agent performance through continuous monitoring, log analysis, and intent refinement.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Conversational AI or Chatbots.

- Proven expertise in developing conversational agents using Google Dialogflow.

- Proficiency in designing intent models and managing fulfillment webhooks.

- Hands-on experience with NLU and multi-channel conversational deployments.

- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services related to AI and Voice.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
