Senior Product Manager at BairesDev

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of product features. You will play a key role in defining the product vision and ensuring that engineering efforts align with overarching business objectives to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the evolution and market success of enterprise platforms by defining strategic roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on high-value features.
• Conduct in-depth user research to gain a shared understanding of user needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Foster synergy across cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize various prioritization frameworks to optimize efforts and achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and goal alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Proven expertise in product backlog management and feature prioritization.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable roadmap plans.
• Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
