Senior Data Modeler at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own the data modeling of an MDM implementation, working across different data sources alongside a team of data modelers under a project manager. Using Erwin as the primary modeling platform, you'll design and maintain data models that bring structure, consistency, and clarity to complex enterprise data landscapes. What You'll Do:

- Own and drive the data modeling workstream within an MDM implementation.

- Design, develop, and maintain data models across different data sources using Erwin.

- Collaborate with fellow data modelers and the project manager to ensure alignment and delivery.

- Apply insurance industry knowledge to model domain-specific data accurately.

- Create data visualizations to communicate data structures and relationships to stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in data modeling or data architecture.

- Deep expertise in data modeling concepts and methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeling.

- Insurance industry experience.

- Background in data visualization.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
