Marketo Developer at BairesDev

As a Marketo Developer, you will design custom integrations and automations on the Marketo platform to drive marketing efficiency. You will act as the technical link between marketing strategies and platform execution, building smart campaigns and ensuring seamless CRM synchronizations.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop custom integrations and automated workflows on the Marketo platform.

- Build and manage smart campaigns, custom activities, and complex lead nurturing sequences.

- Implement and maintain bidirectional synchronizations between Marketo and CRM systems.

- Develop custom solutions using Marketo APIs to extend platform capabilities and connectivity.

- Optimize marketing automation performance through technical troubleshooting and configuration.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or Software Engineering.

- Proven expertise in developing custom integrations and automations on the Marketo platform.

- Proficiency in building smart campaigns, custom activities, and CRM synchronizations.

- Hands-on experience with Marketo APIs and integrating third-party marketing tools.

- Strong understanding of lead management, scoring models, and data management within MarTech.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
