Analytics Engineer (Power BI & Microsoft Fabric) at BairesDev

Take on the role of Analytics Engineer and power business reporting with well-structured data and clear visuals. You will manage the path from data platform to dashboard.

What You'll Do

• Model and prepare data in a unified platform for reporting needs.
• Create semantic models that define measures and relationships consistently.
• Design interactive dashboards that highlight key business insights.
• Optimize refresh schedules and report performance for a smooth experience.
• Apply governance and access controls to protect sensitive information.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and iterate on reports with them.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering or business intelligence.
• Proven expertise building reports and semantic models with Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data pipelines and lakehouse features.
• Strong SQL and DAX skills, with a solid understanding of data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
