What you’ll be doing:

Own the full-cycle recruitment process across international markets
Build and engage global talent pipelines (yes, strong sourcing skills matter!)
Partner closely with hiring managers to drive smart hiring strategies
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish
Stay ahead of global hiring trends and market dynamics!

What we’re looking for:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven global recruiting experience (must-have)
Advanced English level (C1) – mandatory
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with ATS tools and multi-region teams is a big plus
