About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a second-line Financial Risk Manager to identify, manage, and report on financial risk. You'll work closely with Treasury, Finance, Credit, and Compliance to independently assess and oversee risk-taking activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Implementing Economic Capital, ICAAP, and Basel III requirements (LCR, NSFR, IAC, EVE, NII)
• Overseeing interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB)
• Managing assets and liabilities, including interest and liquidity risk administration
• Measuring liquidity risk and conducting stress testing, preparing contingency funding plans, and managing intraday liquidity and collateral
• Serving as an Asset Liability Committee and Risk Committee member
• Ensuring the business operates at the desired risk level, maintaining a sound risk/reward balance
• Monitoring capital and liquidity risk exposures against internal and regulatory limits
• Modelling financial risks under various stress scenarios and conducting back-testing analysis
• Understanding economic and political situations to anticipate potential impacts and administer sovereign risk
• Defining, implementing, and coordinating the Integrated Risk Management Forum
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in financial risk management within financial services
• In-depth knowledge of financial risk regulations and their application in the banking industry
• An understanding of stress-testing methodologies
• Hands-on knowledge of model development, implementation, and governance
• An analytical mindset to break down complex problems and work with data
• Autonomy in decision-making and driving change with sound judgement
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience working with SBS, BCRP, ASBANC and/or other regulators
