We are looking for a Customer Support Representative. This position involves supporting clients via email, chat, and phone, as well as working with internal systems to manage and resolve data related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client support via email, chat, and phone calls.
• Manage and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Review and validate data using internal tools.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with internal projects for the team.

Minimum Requirements (Mandatory):
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English (B2+/C1).
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Availability: 11 AM – 8 PM EST (Mon–Fri)
Nice to Have:
• Ticketing systems.
• Excel (intermediate).
• Data related experience.
