ServiceNow Architect at BairesDev

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will design and govern enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures to meet complex business requirements. You will align technical solutions with organizational goals, ensuring a high-performing, scalable, and well-governed platform environment.

What You'll Do

• Design enterprise-wide ServiceNow instance strategies and architectural roadmaps.
• Define and implement robust integration patterns between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Establish platform governance frameworks to maintain system health and ensure long-term stability.
• Optimize ServiceNow configurations and workflows to enhance technical efficiency and performance.
• Apply ITIL best practices to drive the standardization and maturity of service management processes.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Platform Design, or IT Infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise ServiceNow architecture and instance strategies.
• Proficiency in implementing complex ServiceNow integration patterns and platform governance.
• Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and performance optimization within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and system administration.
